Piers is the Director/Owner of Talentpraxis Group Ltd and a Chartered Occupational Psychologist, Chartered Scientist and Associate Fellow of the British Psychological Society (Reg: 093447). For the last 20 years, Piers has supported Organisations transform the way they deploy their human resource capabilities and his specialism is the deployment of bespoke assessment measures to inform people decisions and has personally assessed in excess of 21,000 individuals globally. Piers is also a guest speaker for KornFerry Group, where he delivers lectures and masterclasses to their Psychologists and Clients on the links between evolutionary behaviours, our hard-wired need to avoid risk and associated derailment behaviours and the implications for organisational effectiveness. He has also worked alongside some of the Industry ‘giants’, including Roger Holdsworth (Cofounder of SHL) and Dr Alan Bourne (Founder of SOVA Assessments).
Sean is a Chartered Occupational Psychologist, Associate Fellow of the British Psychological Society and Senior Tutor at Oxford University. For 20 years, Sean has assisted, designed and delivered training, development, coaching and leadership interventions to organisations in UK, Europe and Asia. Sean has also taken the lead in development of talent teams in organisations. In that capacity, he has interviewed over 7500 people using a variety of interview and assessment methods to help organisations get the best candidates. Sean is also the Senior Tutor at the Centre for Evidence Based Medicine at Oxford University on leadership, primarily in a healthcare setting. This involves the design, development and delivery of modules across a range of diverse topics such as leadership styles, lateral leadership, group think, Emotional Intelligence and strategic leadership. Many of these traits are linked to psychometric outputs and by working with Talentpraxis Group Ltd organisations can gain a more rounded appreciation of a candidate’s strengths.
Nigel is a Chartered Occupational Psychologist, Chartered Scientist, Associate Fellow of the British Psychological Society (Reg: 39689) and a UK Registered Practitioner Psychologist (PLY03929). He has held senior positions up to board level and has 25 years’ experience working in and with several large corporates across the Public and Private sectors in the UK and internationally. Nigel specialises in strategy review, organisational transformation, organisational design, change and talent management. Nigel prides himself in bringing a wealth of practical experience to the issues that you or your organisation is facing.
